The Accounting Associate is responsible for processing, summarizing, reviewing, and analyzing general and administrative expenses as well as other overhead expenses. They will be responsible for maintaining assigned general ledger accounts and performing general bookkeeping.
Job Description
Review, monitoring, and posting of PCF Replenishments, Reimbursements, Liquidations, and Request for Payment
Review, monitoring, reconciliation amortization and posting of overhead expenses.
Rentals, Utilities, Transportation, Meals and representations, Professional Fees, Permits, Payroll and other OPEX.
Amortization of prepayments, insurances and asset depreciation.
Monitoring of advances for liquidation, refundable deposits, and prepayments.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any other related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but with 1 year experience as an Accounting Associate in the construction field is an advantage.
Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
