Job Summary
The Project HR Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring effective HR support within a specific project site. This role involves responsibilities related to timekeeping, local recruitment assistance, employee engagement, training activities, execution of employee conduct and labor cases, and close coordination with the HR team.

Job Description
  • Maintains accurate records of employee attendance and time worked. 
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws regarding time and attendance.
  • Collaborates with the HR team to identify staffing needs for the project. 
  • Assists in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for project-specific positions.
  • Supports the onboarding process for new hires at the project site.
  • Plans and coordinates employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assists in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions for project employees.
  • Facilitates team-building activities to promote a sense of unity among project staff. 
  • Assists in the execution of employee conduct and disciplinary cases as per company policies. 
  • Maintains records of all employees' conduct cases, ensuring confidentiality. 
  • Collaborates with legal counsel when necessary to address labor-related.
  • Maintains open and effective communication with the HR team at the corporate level. 
  • Provides regular updates on project-specific HR matters, challenges, and success. 
  • Participates in HR meetings and initiatives as required. 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • With at least one (1) year of proven experience in HR-related roles in the same capacity.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
