Job Summary
The Equipment Engineer is responsible for assisting the QA/QC Engineer on the overall quality of all materials and construction activities. 
 
Job Description
  • Provide technical assistance in the installation and maintenance of equipment. 
  • Carry out inspection and testing for proper functioning. 
  • Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability. 
  • Test and approve new equipment before handling the production. 
  • Monitoring equipment performance and suggesting improvements. 
  • Act as primary contact for equipment performance-related questions and concerns. 
  • Provide 24/7 support for the troubleshooting of equipment. 
  • Maintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and trobleshooting procedures for reference purposes. 
  • Performs other management mandated functions. 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related course, preferably with a professional license as an Engineer 
  • Must have at least two (2) years of working experience in same industry as Equipment Engineer
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable in heavy and light construction equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to do field work as needed
