The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities and tasks. They are to ensure that all accounting functions are met and recorded accordingly.
Job Description
SAP set-up and maintenance of the following:
Fixed asset and item master data
Depreciation runs
Employee Master Data & Business Partner Master Data
Internal reconciliation of control accounts
Month-end closing of books.
Timely submission and filing of mandatory periodic requirements to BIR, SEC and other government bodies or agencies.
Post of approval of PAV and Journal Vouchers.
Annual audit engagement-preparation of necessary requirements, schedules, and files needed for audit.
Monitor refundable deposit, prepayments and advances for liquidation.
Bank reconciliation and collection reconciliation with clients.
Conduct periodic evaluation of staff (KRA).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any other related discipline, preferably a CPA.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor in the construction industry .
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel.
Knowledgeable in the use of SAP.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
