Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible in providing overall planning, control, and management of all activities and operations of the project including legal matters, financial and administrative requirements, and all the technical provisions of the contract. They are to ensure that everything conforms to the interests and policies of both the Client and the Company.
 
Job Description
  • Control and coordinate all field activities and operations inherent to the implementation of the project. 
  • Represent the Company on all matters affecting the project within the limits set by the contract agreement. 
  • Coordinate all project activities and operations, ensuring that all contract requirements are met. 
  • Evaluate all proposed contracts, methods, and agreements related to the project, negotiating and making decisions and recommendations as may be appropriate within the set authorization. 
  • Provide status reports to the owners and to Management on accomplishments and problems and the corresponding courses of actions including financial, technical and administrative aspects. 
  • Promote harmonious relationship among workers and staff and be responsible for their proper conduct and behaviour. 
  • Perform other related functions that may be incidental in their capacity as the Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a professional license as an Engineer 
  • Must have at least 15 years experience in same field and 5 years in Supervisory capacity in a Construction Firm/Company. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Well-versed in Construction Management, Risk Management and People Management. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Adept in offering mentorship and guidance to subordinates.
